The focus of the food at Bombini is our selection of fine produce, combined with fruit, vegetables and fresh eggs from our kitchen garden where possible. We take the best ingredients, organic where possible, and present them simply and elegantly, with a respect for sustainability. All the products used in our kitchen have been sourced based on these values. Salts and flours, outstanding regional cheeses, house-made pasta, grass-fed meats and game and sustainable seafood from Australia.

At Bombini we are the very proud owners of a beautiful, vintage 1970s Carpigiani artisan gelato machine. Considered the Ferrari of gelato machines, our Carpigiani is still churning the softest, creamiest, full-bodied ice cream and sorbets. As with all our food we use only the finest natural ingredients including jersey cream, free-range eggs, seasonal fresh fruits and Australian Daintree chocolate. We produce freshly churned sorbets and gelati daily, free of preservatives and stabilisers. Our flavours and offerings change daily on our a la carte menu.



House made cakes

We are fully licenced venue with a No BYO Food & Beverage policy. Our team can assist with our house-made cake menu for special occasions.

Our cakes are made in our kitchen from the freshest ingredients. We require advance notice of cake orders, with a minimum of 3 days prior to your booking. If a cake is required with less notice, we will endeavor to do our best however not all items from the below selection may be available.

Pricing for the cake is $15 per person, the minimum order is based on 4 guests. We require full payment upon ordering in order to secure the cake.
