The focus of the food at Bombini is our selection of fine produce from Australia and Italy, combined with fruit, vegetables and fresh eggs from our kitchen garden where possible. We take the best ingredients, organic where possible, and present them simply and elegantly, with a respect for sustainability. All the products used in our kitchen have been sourced based on these values. Salts and flours, outstanding regional cheeses, pasta from Italy’s best producers, grass-fed meats and game and sustainable seafood from Australia.
Some of our favourite suppliers and producers include Pino’s Dolce Vita Fine Foods Kogarah, Robbins Island grass-fed wagyu beef, Pinnacle dry-aged grass-fed beef, Palmers Island farmed mulloway, Australia On A Plate cheeses and Lario Food & Wine Co. Waterloo.
