The bombini pizza menu is separate to the main-house restaurant and features a selection of pizzas all made in the wood fired oven. Our doughs are made using organic Australian flours with naturally leavened yeasts with an average proving time of 48 hours to slowly build character and flavour. Quality ingredients are used, San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oils, herbs from the onsite garden and salumi made for us by Dolce vita fine foods Kogarah. Our pizza styles are traditional & Neapolitan style thinner crust pizzas. Also on the menu we offer a selection of antipasto, insalata and house-made artisan gelatos made from the “Sed carpigiani” gelato machine.
